The festive cultural and culinary treat:
Explore Munich, the fascinating culture metropolis Munich and further the capital of liquid gold. Experience a cultural and culinary city sight-seeing tour, enjoy the ‘pearls of the classics’, special masterpieces, performed by the “Residenz-Solisten” (royal residence soloists) and explore the magical Royal Castles of Neuschwanstein and Linderhof. Further this tour will take you to the picturesque corners of Bavaria with its gorgeous landscape and beautiful lakes. You will be accompanied by carefully selected cultural historians.

SCHEDULE : 4 DAYS / 3 NIGHTS ( START: every FRIDAY upon request )

1ST DAY : FRIDAY
Transfer from the airport/train station to the hotel. Reception by your tour-guide.
In the afternoon a guided tour through Munich’s historic city centre with the possibility for shopping will be expecting you. In the eventing a visit to a traditional beer restaurant with “Bayerischen Schmankerln” (Bavarian Delicacies) is planned.

2ND DAY : SATURDAY
Cultural and culinary city tour, guided by our culture/art- historian including a promenade at the Nymphenburg Castle. At midday you will enjoy the first course of the “Gourmet Dinner” in the revolving restaurant “181” of the Olympia tower (The Restaurant 181 is a restaurant on the very top of the Olympia tower revolving 360 degrees in 45 minutes and offering you stunning views over the whole city of Munich). Afterwards you have the opportunity to view the Royal Residence and as a highlight you will enjoy a concert with the “Residenz- Solisten” (royal residence soloists) in the “Alte Hofkapelle” (old court chapel), in which Mozart himself already used to play. With a torchlight procession you will be subsequently guided through the historic centre to the well-known
“Restaurant Orlando” and you will indulge with a 3-course Gourment Menu by Star Chef Alfons Schuhbeck. Followed by accommodation in your hotel.

3RD DAY: SUNDAY
You will spend your day on a professional guided day-tour to the Royal Castles

4TH DAY: MONDAY
Transfer to airport/train station

4TH DAY: MONDAY
In the morning guided tour of the “Alte Pinakothek” with its artistic treasuresm (Bavarian State Painting Collection; Around 700 works of European painting from the 14th to the 18th centuries are exhibited in the Alte Pinakothek. Many
of these - including works by Albrecht Dürer, Peter Paul Rubens and Leonardo da Vinci - belong to the best in the world).
In the afternoon you will join a city walking tour with the topic “Royal Bavarian Purveyors to the Court”, in which you will learn more about Munich’s traditional textile- and delicacies- producers. In addition you will visit Munich’s famous and magnifi cent shopping street “Maximilianstraße” (5th Avenue). Followed by dinner and accommodation in the hotel.

5TH DAY: TUESDAY
Guided day-tour to the Royal Castle Herrenchiemsee including a walking tour through the idyllic island. (Further attractions will include: King Ludwig II. Museum, “Augustiner Chorherrenstift” (Augustinian Monastery): emperor’s hall and many others / duration 10 hours). Followed by dinner and accommodation in the hotel.

6TH DAY: WEDNESDAY
Transfer to airport/train station.
